We had so much fun dying the eggs. Ashleigh and Brynn loved to dye them pink and purple.
After we dyed the eggs, we hid some for Kamren in his room, Ashleigh in her room, and Brynn in our room. They loved going on an egg hunt.
Ready Set, here we come to find the eggs that dad hid for us!
Brynn was so happy she found all six of her eggs. Kevin was nice to make us egg salad sandwiches after we found the eggs. Yum!!
Ashleigh was in charge of treat so she made little bird's nest with cupcakes. We had fun giving some to our new neighbors. We usually use jelly beans for the eggs but this year chocolate sounded so much better.
After we peeled all the hard boiled eggs, we crushed the shells up and made some pictures. Brynn loved drawing circles and sprinkling the shells on the glue.

Never heard of crushed egg art. . .I'll have to try it!
Cool ideas! I am going to use the cupcake one for this Sunday :) I'm glad I found your blog, it's fun to see what you are up too. Every once in a while I would wonder what you were up to. Now I can see & keep in touch.
Happy Easter! Cute idea for your cupcakes and I like how you used your crumpled egg shells for art. That is awesome!
When is your due date again? You've got to be getting close, right? I can't wait to see pictures of your sweet new addition!
