Daddy's Day

Kamren had fun making french toast for dad this morning.

Ashleigh made the orange juice and cut the strawberries while I cooked the sausage.

The kids made shirt cards for dad and we all gave him a wheat grinder so we can make him homemade wheat bread. He loves homemade bread.

After breakfast we took a walk to the lake nearby and hung out for a while. It was such a beautiful day.

We made him enchilada casserole, corn and salad for dinner when we came home from church. He loved all of it. Ashleigh made the best chocolate cake ever for dessert. My sister gave me the recipe. It's so easy and so delicious.

Chocolate Cake Recipe: 1 box of devil's chocolate cake, 1 large instant chocolate pudding, 1 3/4 cup milk, 2 eggs, 12 oz. chocolate chips. Mix all of the ingredients and put in a floured bundt pan on 350 for 45 minutes. We served it with vanilla ice cream.

We hope he felt like a king today on his special day. We sure love having him around especially since he just finished his MBA! Yippee!!!!! He graduates June
28th but he is done with all of his classes.
