Cousin Colin comes to visit!

For Kamren's birthday we decided to fly him out to California to visit his cousin and in turn his cousin came to visit him. This is the most memorable gift for all of us. This is what we did with Colin for a week.


Kevin picked up Colin from the airport and then took the boys to Chicago to hang out for the day. They are enjoying Sears tower which is now called Willis Tower.

It was so much fun to see alligators. The tour guide was amazing with the children.

A few of the children were able to ride on the tortoise.

Many times in the afternoon the boys would play basketball while the little ones napped.

Kamren couldn't wait for this to come in the mail. He used alot of his money that he got from watching cats and dogs this summer. He had so much fun building it with his cousin.

We did a movie night and rented Rio. Colin was so nice to buy candy for his cousins.

One evening we went swimming in a salt water pool. It was so warm and fun.

We went to the children's museum and hung out.

Colin couldn't wait to meet his newest cousin. He was so good with him.

My friend was so nice to take us tubing.

WE loved the boat ride!

It was fun to see Colin and Kamren talk about books so we went to the library so they can get different ideas of what to read.

Connor enjoyed his time in the bumbo. Connor and Colin share the same middle name James.

Kevin took the boys biking. It was a perfect day to ride.

I took the girls to an American Girl Doll tea while the boys went to a water park. WEll, it rained on us but we had so much fun inside. The food was delicious.

Kamren never wears a suit but Colin was able convince him to wear one. I love him in a suit. He looks so grown up.

We went to the airplane museum.
Dad gave them a special tour of his work and then they got to eat at his cafeteria after.
The boys loved racing the cars on the race track. The girls had fun doing it too.

The boys froze in the cold pool . This pool isn't heated and the sun was going away but they still had fun together. WE didn't stay at this pool too long.


We took Colin peach picking. We miss you Colin. Now they are having fun together in California.
