Even though this picture is blurry, I love it. It shows who Brynn is. She is excited for everyone and ready to help others. She was helping Connor with a game at her school.
Brynn and Ashleigh are loving their time with their friends at a school activity. It was a rodeo!
This was my first day running again after dealing with plantar fascitis. It was fun to run with Kam. Right now, I'm not running again but it was fun to try. My foot just isn't strong enough yet.
Kamren is always found serving someone. He was helping his friend with an eagle project. They were making plantars for a high school.
The little boys went along for the ride to help at the service project. It was a cold day so they got to warm up with hot chocolate.
We had a ward Fall activity and Andrew had a blast trying to eat the donut without his hands.
The kids had a day off so we went to a new YMCA. It was HUGE! The kids had fun with me trying to train them on all the machines.
Kam has been doing really well with his conditioning for wrestling. He also has been doing my cycling and body blast class! We even swim together at 6 a.m. at the Y.
The kids loved the waterpark at the Y.
Andrew is loving this sweet little kitten that our friend has.
I took the girls to go see Wizard of Oz play at a local high school. We really thought we were watching it on Broadway because it was so good.
Sweet Connor is just a cutie when he falls asleep in the car.
Ashleigh is doing great with her new glasses. She was excited to curl her hair!
I did a fall cleanse with a few of my friends and each morning I drank lemon juice and apple cider vinegar. The kids couldn't stand the smell. I couldn't either!
We had a holiday parade we enjoyed. The weather was pretty cold but we survived! It was fun to have some friends join us!
Andrew loves to build with anything he can find!
Brynn doesn't suck her thumb anymore!! Thanks to my friend who is a speech therapist. Brynn wore these socks every night for twenty days and got a prize.
We were out of power for four days so we came to the library a lot to stay warm. Andrew had so much fun with the legos.
Ashleigh just finished an eight week art program at the university. She was showing us all the wonderful projects she did.
She especially loved the art program because her friend Shae was in the class.
To celebrate the 100 years of scouts in the church, Kam got to go camping with all the scouts in the stake. He invited his friend Justin to go along. They had a blast making marshmellow guns.
Here's the group that went. The weather was great for the Fall. Kevin loved being with the boys.
I bought all of the kids little lanterns because it was so dark in our house with the power out. We had a generator that took care of a few basics. The kids loved camping in our house for a few days! It was a fun adventure.
One of the evenings we had power out so we went to the mall to visit Santa. It was much warmer at the mall.
Kam camped on the sofa instead of sleeping in his room. This was fun for him with the power out. He had the warmest sleeping bag so he slept great each night even though our house was 45 degrees.
These boys are the best of friends. They love to read together.
One of my friends let me borrow a few puzzles to put together. Brynn was so sweet to put this one together for Connor:)
We love Friday night Movie night at our house. We were watching Planes. We love that movie!!!
The kids love playing in all the nativity clothes that we have. Connor was sweet Jesus, Ashleigh was Mary and Brynn was Joseph!
We loved putting up our Christmas stuff. Its so much fun!
Kevin took Kam to the Notre Dame/BYU game with some friends. They had a blast but it was the coldest day ever!
Kam really is trying to stay warm. It was 20 degrees and very nippy!
Kevin ran into my Aunt Barbara while he was there. It's a small world!
The boys are surviving the cold but it was a memory that will last forever. BYU didn't win, but it was a good game.
I love working on the PTO board at the Elementary school. It's great to help in the community.
The kids had to put a circle sticker on each circle in the Christmas tree to help bring Christ more into the Christmas season. They just filled it up and chose to have papa murphy's pizza and a movie for their reward. It was so simple but it helped with the siblings trying to be more helpful and kind to each other.
Kam and Spencer did a great job at helping at the Salvation army Thanksgiving Baskets event that we do every year.
Brynn and Ashleigh loved putting the jello and cranberry sauce in the boxes.
We were able to fill 600 boxes that evening to help those in need!
One of my favorite joys as a mother is to watch my children serve the way the Savior would serve!
My sister has us hooked. I love the m & m's in our rice crispy treats. I made this for Kam's youth activity but we had to make some for us too!
Happy Thanksgiving!
Every Thanksgiving, I give the kids an ornament. They can't wait to open it. Kam is still sleeping.
Connor loves his new snowflake ornament. He is pulling it with his truck. He is such a boy! I love it.
Here they all are ready to put up their snowflakes. Kevin was so nice to write each of them a note saying why they are unique to our family just like each snowflake is unique.
We don't usually make gingerbread cookies each year but Ash really wanted to do. They were yummy. Most of the kids didn't care for them but Ash and I enjoyed our time togehter.
This is our favorite part of the Fall, jumping in the leaves! The day was just perfect!
Our new favorite hats are the crocheted headbands with flowers:)
I didn't want to roll out the gingerbread cookies so we made the process a lot faster and simpler. They tasted the same and it saved us time.
We love doing the nativity advent calendar each year. The boys love to push the button that plays the music. They can do it over and over and over again. Ash is always quick to help when she sees someone needs help.
I love love love love love these boys! Just as cute as ever. Boys are sure loud and busy but these boys are best friends:) I love to dress them alike.
Brynn did it. She finished her chart by not sucking her thumb each day. Thanks Jen for helping us! Brynn seems so much older and her teeth really aren't as bucked.
One of our Fall favorites is having crushed candy canes in our hot chocolate. Yum.
Connor is getting some speech therapy visits to talk a little better and he's doing great. Andrew is a great helper. They love it when the teacher Gail comes because its all fun and games.
Kam was amazing at his band concert. He loves the drums!
He's in the far left!
We love going through the walk with Christ at a local church for Christmas. It's the same every year but we love how its all Christ centered. It was great to meet our friends there.
Andrew is having fun looking through the calendar that dad brought home. It's airplanes. We do pixies/secret elves for a week during the Christmas season and this is what their present was. Dad is Connor's little pixie. Usually you do a service a day for that person, but this was a bonus present.
These boys love new toys. Who doesn't? My friend was nice to let us borrow some things that her kids aren't using right now. It was like Christmas all day long.
Wow, a free cookie from Sams Club bakery. These kids were in heaven and it made my trip to the store easy.
We always go Christmas caroling to our neighbors and bring them a treat and our Christmas card. This year we brought the sister missionaries with us. It was so much fun!. Our neighbors are even going to listen to a Christmas message from the missionaries.
This year we made Christmas chex mix for our neighbors. So easy and so yummy!
We always make these yummy treats during the Christmas season. We call them Reindeer droppings.

Your family is just amazing...always doing something fun! Love to see these pictures and read about all of you :)
What great family times you all have together! Those will be the things the kids will remember long after they leave home - and it will bring their hearts back again and again. Thanks for giving us a peek into your world.
What a lot of great pictures and family memories! I can't believe you didn't have power for 4 days. 45 degrees inside is COLD! I'm amazed at all you've done already for Christmas! You're family is beautiful :)
