Easter/Spring Break

Kam and Ash are having fun finding eggs on the egg hunt.
All the kids are enjoying their treats.
Connor's first Easter.

I took the kids to the movies a few times and after seeing HOP, grandma sent them gift cards to Coldstones for Easter and they loved it. So did I:)Happy Easter!
Kevin was given a generous gift card at work for a local hotel and restaurant so we took the kids Thursday -Friday. It was so relaxing for me!

At the Science Museum in Chicago, Kamren was chosen to participate in one of the shows. We thought we were going to go to two museums that day, but the kids loved the Science one so we stayed. It was nice that Kevin took the day off to be with us.
Connor loved the water part.

I took the kids to another new museum. It was small but perfect for them. They had fun going on a scavenger hunt. We also enjoyed a nice walk at the arboretum.
This museum day was beautiful!

Brynn and Andrew could hang out on the escalators the whole time we're at the museum.
The girls loved the beautiful princess and her castle at the museum.
I used one of my groupons and took the kids to the hot tub for an hour. They loved it. It was an outside hot tub. Kevin stayed home with sweet Connor.
Ashleigh is so sweet to help Brynn find the things she needed to get a prize.
All the kids helped watch Bailey, a neighbor dog for Spring Break.
We made resurrection rolls for the first time. The kids loved it and they learned more about the Savior.
Having fun dying Easter eggs and decorating them.Yummy!!
Kamren babysat the kids one morning and I finished painting the two bathroom vanities.

so much better!
They look like new! I love change and it's worth 13 dollars of paint for both bathrooms. What a deal.Easter Sunday at church. I love orange this year. I had fun making the girls skirts and hair things. I made the flower for my hair too.
Connor is almost 1.

Andrew is almost 3. Brynn is 5 1/2.
Ashleigh is almost 9.

Kamren is almost 11.Sonja is 37 1/2.

Kevin is 36 1/2.I love these boys in orange.
This is Easter evening. Our Easter pictures didn't turn out so we took another one after our Sunday walk. Right after we took the picture, we found a tick in Kamren's head. Yikes! Thanks for Kevin, we got it out and he's fine.
