Hawaii pics part 2

Kamren was able to do his very first baptisms for the dead at the Kona Temple.  It was a special time with his dad and cousins.
We had fun walking around the temple and admiring the beautiful orchids our friend takes care of.
This was a hot day but we enjoyed place of refuge learning about the Hawaiian culture.
Sweet Andrew was napping in the car but woke up before we left.  He got a special trip with dad to see the sea turtles.  He was thrilled to see them.
Going through the lava tube was an amazing experience.
This was the hike we did to the Kiluea Ika crater.
Lava flows right into the ocean.  Wow, that was amazing to see!
Andrew loved boogie boarding.  I love the clear water and it was so warm.
Kam trying coconut water and the coconut.  It wasn't his favorite.
Kam loved jumping off the lava rock with his cousins.

Brynn joined in on the fun.
This is our favorite family picture in Hawaii.  We watched the beautiful sunset from Laupahoehoe point.  The kids loved jumping all over the lava rock.  It really was all over the island.
Sweet Connor was a trooper on the whole trip.  He slept whenever he could.  We loved watching him sleep.
We saw several King Kamehameha's on the island.  They were all different and we enjoyed the different stories behind how they got there.
Tourist stop!  We loved trying all the samples of cookies and chocolate:)
We enjoyed a nice walk in the botanical gardens wearing our hibiscus flower.  We wanted to be just like the Hawaiians.
